Scholarships

The Hartford City Band offers educational scholarships to students in the Hartford, Wisconsin area. Scholarships are awarded to selected applicants each year in the Spring. A candidate can apply for multiple scholarships but can only be awarded one of the below scholarships in a given year. A candidate can apply for and be awarded the same or another scholarship in a subsequent year.

Scholarship information will be posted on this website no later than December 1st of each year. Applications must be received by March 10th.

The Hartford City Band awarded the following scholarships in 2011:

• Fred and Joyce Aliota Scholarship: This $1,200 scholarship is available to any senior or graduate of a Hartford area high school who is pursing a degree at an accredited college or university in vocal or instrumental music, music education, or a related music industry field. This includes students who are attending or have graduated from Slinger High School or other High Schools near Hartford, Wisconsin.
